Userology is building the next generation of usability testing powered by AI. Our mission is to empower UX researchers and product teams to gather deeper insights faster, using intelligent agents that simulate and evaluate user behavior at scale. By reducing the need for manual test facilitation, Userology enables teams to iterate quickly and make informed design decisions backed by AI-generated feedback.

Leading the end-to-end UX for the MVP experience, including agent feedback visualization, test creation flow, and results dashboard.
At Userology, I working on shaping the MVP of an AI-powered usability testing platform, focusing on
integrating large language models (LLMs) to enable agentic testing experiences. Collaborating closely with
the founding team including product and engineering to design the core workflows around test creation, agent
interaction, and feedback visualization.
This work involves defining how AI agents could autonomously run usability tests, detect usability issues,
and summarize actionable insights. I translated these backend AI behaviors into a clear and intuitive
interface, working iteratively through prototypes and design feedback cycles.
I also helped set the foundation for a scalable design system that would support rapid evolution as the
platform matured from MVP to beta release.
Learnings: I deepening my understanding of designing around intelligent systems and learned how to
make complex AI behaviors feel transparent and trustworthy. This project also strengthened my collaboration
skills across highly technical teams, helping bridge the gap between machine reasoning and user experience.
